There are new communities scheduled for the spring of 2005. Some have already been built and are available. Developers are expected to be building new communitys all along the waterway area in the Carolina Forest Road and Rte 90 area through all of 2005. (11/23/04) New construction in the North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach oceanfront area continues to come on board.
